Is it safe for me to put the cat poops or urine from the cat litter in my room's garbage can? Or do I really need to put it in a cat litter plastic bag and then throw it in my garbage can? I'm sorry this might be a basic question but I'm new to having a pet.
I have been doing this for a couple months now and it just occurred to me that there might be a reason why people use these mini plastic bags to dispose cat poops. Please enlighten me ol' experts
