I have had my cat for about a week. I wanted to start letting her go explore the other rooms other than my bedroom. Last night I left the door open when I was sleeping and woke up to her poop in front of the stove. Which was strange cuz she has been so good with the litter box since day 1. So I kept her in my room for the rest of the day. Tonight she showed more interest in coming out so I let her out while I was sitting out there and she peed in the exact same spot as the night before. She is my only pet so I’m not sure why she would be sooo good with her litter box in my room but then as soon as she’s out keeps having “accidents”?!?
