I recently was given a kitten who is now about 8 weeks old and I am having trouble getting one of my 2 current cats to accept him. I had him in my room for a week with a gate so they could look in and i started letting him wander supervised (after letting the other 2 explore the room he was in without him in it) and they have slowly been getting better, they allow him to get closer than before and the oldest is generally indifferent unless he gets too close but the younger one seems to be having a harder time She started going up to him and sniffing him a bit especially when I was holding him which I thought was good but 2 times now she has gone up to him while he was lying down sniffed him then growled and hit him while hissing causing him to freak out too. I never had this issue with the other 2 being introduced and I have been trying other methods but she still even hisses at his scent alone, any help would be great
