Rabbit help

Hi, I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask but my sisters rabbit had gotten desexed a few months ago and his pee is now muddy, does anyone know if this is normal or if he's sick ?? She's going to make him a vet appointment but the ones near us don't take small animals and the one she went to are a bit full so it's a bit hard
