Hi I’m moving to Canada from Germany soon to study psychology. I will move into an apartment by myself. I’m extremely close with my cat I can’t even explain how much I love him and how close we are. I have to take him with me I know it’s selfish but I feel like I would fall into deep depression without him. He’s like my therapy cat. How can I train him to stay inside only i feel like it would drive him insane. I know many pets are on medication. Would it help to put him on an antidepressant or sedative with permission of his vet. I don’t know what else to do. Hope someone can help I don’t want to loose him. He is 12 years old.
