Advice for Integrating 2nd Kitten

My partner and I adopted a kitten in mid-April that was only 4.5 weeks old. I realize, in retrospect, that she was a touch too young to be adopted and I should've adopted her with a sibling or something, but it is obviously too late to rectify either of those mistakes.

We've had some issues with her behavior since we adopted her. She's super great within the household; she doesn't try to climb anything that she shouldn't, isn't too destructive, etc., which is really surprising given the fact that she is a demon. She bites us constantly. As in, wakes me up in the middle of the night biting my hands if I fall asleep with them above the covers, pretends to snuggle and bites my face as hard as she can, it's just getting ridiculous, and we've tried everything that has been recommended by any pet owner or expert.

I've been floating the idea with my partner of getting a second kitten around her age (16 weeks) so that she has a playmate better suited for roughhousing with than us. The only problem I'm really coming up with is that we live in a one bedroom apartment, so I'm not sure where we would keep the other kitten during the integration process. We keep our cat's litter box in the bathroom, and can't really move it anywhere else in the apartment besides the kitchen, which is gross.

Does anyone have any advice as to how to go about this process, or should we just not get a second kitten altogether? I appreciate any and all advice. TIA :)
