So at my house for the last 2 years there's been bunch of strays cats and we have a cat lady feeding them, the properties next and across from me have already told her to stop feeding the cats but she doesn't stop, she leaves a few pounds every time and Styrofoam bowls of water, doesn't pick up the trash . She comes at odd hours to avoid all of us and today right before this post I Caught and confronted her asking her what she doing isn't helping the cats. And they getting hurt and killed and fighting each other. She went off saying that it's her right, she can feed them it's on the sidewalk and recording me . Then she stated mind your business I know where you live , and to me that sounds as a threat which informed her she shouldn't cause I defend my home accordingly. And then she says I'll call the cops and animal control which I told her call them then if I'm in the wrong they'll tell me so but she said that she doesn't have time and then get in and leaves. I know her heart is in the right trying to feed strays , but when is becoming an issue what do you do? So let me know if I'm in the wrong here
