I’m sorry for lacking the knowledge but one of my dogs is CONSTANTLY licking the other one’s butt. And not just a little lick, it’s full on going to town. And it’s not just one time a day, it’s multiple. And no matter how hard I try to pry him off, he keeps going back. Is this normal?
