Now I know that this may seem like a a stupid question with a very obvious answer, however with my circumstances I believe it may differ. So first of all my neighborhood is filled with a lot of loose dogs, and children who my dog tends to run and bark at (but they haven’t attacked anyone). Secondly we have a decently sized yard that we do regularly let them run around in and get all their energy out. So I was wondering if I am neglecting my dogs of a walk around the neighborhood?
