Hi all! Figured I'd just ask on here, maybe get an outside perspective.
My dog (my mom adopted her a couple years ago) lived with us and I would come home from college on breaks and I really bonded with the dog and love her from the 2ish years we were together. I moved to Los Angeles and the dog stayed with my mom. Eventually, my mom gave the dog to my aunt who lived near Los Angeles since I couldn't take her at that time (was meant to be temporary). She has been there for about a year with other dogs and she's done pretty well from what I've heard. I saw her once while she was there and then I moved to another state. My current roommate has a dog, and I was thinking of bringing my dog to live with us.
Will this interrupt anything? She has separation anxiety (she would always bark when we left, maybe since she was alone and had no other dog friends?) and im afraid to move her AGAIN in a short period of time. She likes some of the other dogs, but she doesn't seem to be attached to them or anything.
Hopefully this makes sense, what do you all think?
