Cat pees on bed when he's mad. How do I stop it from happening?

My two year old cat is a fat drama queen. I love him to death, but he screams for attention and always wants his way.

Anywho, my family noticed that this 14 pound asshole likes to pee on the bed of the person he feels didn't do a good job. He has ZERO health issues and has all his shots and vet checkups. We had him since January.

It has happened 4 times and each had a pretty clear reason:

1) My bed, litterbox was not up to code. I didn't put enough litter in when we just got him since he was my first cat. No more issues with this and no more wet bed.

2) My dad's bed, neighbors kitten was brought in to be shown to us and he didn't feel like he was the center of attention anymore. Dad is the neighbors friend so that was the association. No other cats are allowed in the house anymore. No more issues.

3) My dad's bed again, our automatic feeder was not reset after we moved it and he didn't get his 6am meal. Since then we check the feeder and he no longer bothers us about food or pees on the bed because of it. Dad was the last one to feed him.

4) My mom's bed, wasn't allowed outside at 8pm. We tried to take him out on a leash, but he completely forgets how to exist. Since then he's off the leash and behaves VERY well, but always wants to be outside now. We might get him a Catio so he can stop bothering us while the weather is nice. Mom goes on walks with him.

So yeah we just want him to stop being a drama queen and peeing on the bed. He is usually a very good cat, but honestly just having him scream at us is better. Any advice?

He uses his litterbox PERFECTLY and has no other issues other than when he's mad. I want to use a spray bottle, but that seems like a bad idea.
