Changed cat litter to dr elsey’s ultra from pine pallet. how do I eliminate litter odor?

So my cats been using pine pallet for couple years and yesterday I changed the litter to dr elsey’s ultra since people say it is the best, and one of my cat was unhappy with the pallet and started to poop beside the litter box. Now, all of my cats are pretty satisfied/happy with dr elseys litter. But since I changed the litter, I’m suffering from the litter odor.. it smells like idk litter box…? Not ammonia but more… idk like a old dusty building? (I experienced similar odor when I was renting an office in warehouse area). I clean the litter box every time I see my cats using (about 10times a day?) and my family cleans every time they pass the litter box. So litter boxes are kept clean. I use litter locker and have litter box number of my cats+2. I tried baking soda, but odor control only lasts few minutes…. I have dyson air freshener on 24/7…. Ot really helping. When I used pine pallet, it only smelled when my cats pooped and when I clean up, the odor was minimum.. what should I do?

If I put active carbon/charcoal bag near the litter box, will it help?

And anyone tried wheat scooping litter? Does it scoop well and how is the odor control?

Thanks any advice will help 😭
