Any tips for 2 cats who won't get along?

My former cat, Miss Kitty, had to be sent to live with my mom nearly 4 years ago. She hated living with me because before that I moved a lot and she started peeing on my things when my then boyfriend would come over. She knew him. Well like her whole life. This was a new issue, nothing medical. Then I got pregnant She got MAD. She peed on the new baby mattress the play pen (all replaced). We couldn't give her up because for lack of better terms she's a mean cat. I tried my best with her but she's just got her preferences and I did not offer them to her. She is Unadoptable. She can ONLY be nice to family. Well she went to live with my mom, she LOVES it here. She gets to roam the country and hunt all she wants without traffic. She a half feral cat I swear it.

I'm a cat person and needed a cat in my life and I met Artemis, I named him for the white cat in sailor moon but I call him Artie. He's an inbred barn cat who has the most beautiful silver tabby. Dumber than a sack of hammers. Big cat too. Miss Kitty seems to be a bit of a runt in comparison. She's a beautiful girl too, but no idea her background at all. Unwanted litter for sure, father may be feral. She can be extremely sweet and you feel so special when she is nice to you and not begging for treats. I love both of these cats. When I got Miss Kitty I was very very angry at life. Maybe that was a reflection. She's never felt replaced because when she came here she dropped me fast. I got the same treatment my mom got until mom became her human.

I had moved in to my parents when my son was 2 months old and the cat 4 months old. Miss Kitty put him in his place and they learned to coexist.

We moved here again because life. This time he's 3 and she's 11. She's an old grumpy lady. He's way bigger and even though he's clearly willing to submit he chases her around trying to start a fight. I thought she'd kick his butt because she's a HUNTER she gets Bush rabbits and grouse regularly. But nope arties kicking her butt. I don't need them to be friends I just need them to chill tf out. She's all snarl and howl and he packs a punch. Outside isn't even neutral he tries to fight her there too. I know it's because she won't let up at him, but how can I get them to get along?!?!?!ish

TLDR; Grumpy old lady cat and young big Tom (fixed) won't even coexist, the non dominant young cat keeps trying to fight the grumpy old lady
