I just got back from vacation and my tank is super discolored and cloudy. The water is green. I did a water change and put in a brand new filter just before leaving and was only gone 4 days. Since I’ve gotten back I put in a whole new filter and have been treating the water with aqueon water clearer but it hasn’t helped at all. What do I do?
