My cats recently got protozoal infection. Were not sure where they exactly got it from.They are are both indoor cats.Thankfully after 2 vet trips and 2 weeks of medication they're all well now. But i'm very hesistant in letting them use the water fountain again since it might be infected(I change the water every few days before this incident).
How do I disinfect a water fountain? Should I just throw it away and get a new one?
