Me and my family were preping to go for a short holiday last week and we left our budgie to my cousin since he told us that he could look after him.but since he's an irresponsible asshole,he didn't even bother cleaning his cage and etc.so when we returned,something was off with my budgie,he look depressed and his neck was always bent downwards,i did some search and found out that he has been infected with a bacteria called salmonella.im gonna take him to a vet tomorrow to see if it's that or not and what shall i do about other than that? Are there like some certain medications that i can give him or stuff? Pls let me know,i really want him to feel healthy and happy again,he's like my brother and i can't afford to lose him.
