I have a tiny book bag that had a loose zipper. I was gonna fix it when I got home from my sisters but when I got there it was a blur from getting in the door to sitting down. When I finally looked in my bag I noticed the zipper had fallen off again but I couldn’t find it anywhere whatsoever and she had just cleaned so there was mostly nothing but furniture on the floor.
It had been real hectic with all the dogs at the door when I came in, my niece on the floor, and I had my hands mostly full. When I realized, I said I hope one of the dogs didn't eat it (one is a small shih tzu mix, one is a small pitt, one is a big stocky husky and the last idk but he’s medium but very solid and chunky). She didn’t act like that was a huge possibility or big deal said our niece was more likely to be the one to eat it.
I don’t know if one of the dogs ate it, but if they did would they just pass it or will they have signs of being with zipper? It was the the part that you pull on and the part that actually zips the zipper combined which makes me a little more worried that having the two connected pieces could fuck them up internally (especially the small one).
My sister doesn’t really have spare funds to take them to the vet if they’re fine especially if we don’t even know if they ate it. Is there anything we should look out for?
