My dog has a blocked salivary gland, resulting in a large lump on his cheek. The vet is recommending a surgeon who can’t see him for even the consult until 5 weeks from now. If we have to wait anyway, is there any type of pet insurance that would cover this pre-existing condition - does that exist?? Sounds like it could be a few thousand dollars to have it taken care of.
