Please excuse my english but what legal action can i make against a veterinarian that killed my pet? He did not listen to the request of his patient, I requested for my cat to be allowed to go home but instead he insisted on performing a catheter insertion, i do understand that it was an emergency but I was really against it, i didn't want my senior cat to feel more stressed than he already is, plus he's already weak at that time :( . My cat died because the vet sedated him, a few minutes after being sedated, my cat's heart stopped :( he suffered a really painful death. What really hurts is that my cat was slowly recovering on his own, i mean he's slowly regaining his old self. Please, can someone help me? What can i do against that veterinarian, he didn't even apologize after the event, he literally just ignored us after that. :'( our cat did not deserve this, i was paying him to help us but instead he just ruined a really important part of our lives.
