I switched my mouse food yesterday (mixed it with my previous) and I'm not sure how related it is but now he has scabs all on his face and he's grooming a lot. He also has really loose poops that he's started to eat? The new food doesn't have extremely high protein or anything so I don't know what to do. He's a young mouse, can't be even a year old.
