Hopefully I can get some advice for this situation. My cats used to be indoor-outdoor... that had to stop when the neighbor's tomcat was starting fights (my cat are all spayed/neutered, but that didn't stop him from trying).
My cats are now all indoor exclusive--but this hasn't stopped the tomcat from still coming to my house every single day and marking. I'm constantly smelling tomcat urine throughout my house because he goes underneath and sprays under the floor.
When I see him in my yard, I drive him off, but he's a sneaky little twerp and keeps doing it. There's no reason for him to be here, there's no longer any cat food or other cats to draw him here...
How do I deter him from coming here? Is there anything I can put under my house to make it unlikable for cats? I'm sick of the smell.
