How safe would it be to fly a dog during the summer for a 20 hr international flight ?

Hey :⁾ I’m trying to fly with my 8 yr old shiba from Japan to Texas at the beginning of September. I’ve been looking it up and lots of places recommend to fly only when the arrival and departure temperatures are under 26C, but both where I am in Japan and where I’m trying to go in Texas are around 33C at their hottest. Would I be risking my sweet shibas life? I just want to do what is safest for her, but I’m also on a budget…
