how to care for sick cat

I have a pretty old cat(14 years old give or take). She got sick 3 days ago. It started with coughing, we weren't sure if it's coughing or not being able to vomit actually. She was quite energetic, but we took her to the vet. The vet diagnosed her with a respiratory infection. Gave her an injection of antibiotics, then gave us several syringes filled with stuff and told us to inject them every two days. we are doctors so we know how to do it.

Next day the coughing stopped, but the cat started sneezing instead. A lot, with flegma. Became less energetic, but still drank and ate.

Next day, it became very weak and lethargic. The sneezing kinda weakened, but so did the cat. We did the first injection in two days. It's been about 20 hours since then, the cat spends this time lying in bed almost non stop. It went to drink water once, and it went to urinate once. It didn't eat, even though we put it's favorite catfood on its way.It is currently very weak, it tripped on the way up the stairs. Breathing isn't very strong. She cleans herself quite often, mostly licking her face and swallowing, probably flegma. We don't know what to do next. I don't want to take her to the vet again because it's cold and raining outside, and I'm afraid the journey to the vet is going to be additionally stressful for her. So I'm asking for advice here.
