My GF adopted a dog last year, some kind of lab beagle pug mix. I am a dog lover and have had them my whole life. She has never had a dog before and refuses to train or discipline the dog and gets mad when i attempt to discipline. I have begged her to crate train the dog but she refuses so the dog runs wild around the house at night chewing/eating things and pooping. This has started to cause many fights between us and I am losing my patients but feel terrible because she loves the dog. Any advice on how to talk to her about this issue would be appreciated.
