My cat started licking me excessively for some reason. Everything was fine except I tried to pull my hand away and she suddenly bit me. Is this concerning?

My cat recently began licking my arm and leg excessively during the past 2 weeks. However, she suddenly bit me today when I tried to pull my arm away. Is there a reason for this?

It did not feel like a love bite because the bite was harder and longer. I was also not petting her so I don't think it was from overstimulation (unless cats get overstimulated by being licked?).

Is there also a reason for why she has been licking me so often? She also licks other people in the house.
