My kitten is too aggressive. What should I do?

He's about 10 weeks old and gets way too aggressive when playing, to the point where he has actually drawn blood. I don't think he means to do it, and immediately goes to cuddling with us and purring once he's done. But he needs to tone it down when he's playing. We've tried with toys but for whatever reason, he'd rather play with my hands and feet. I've read that discipline with spray bottles and such doesn't work with cats. So I just don't really know what to do. Our other cats have been much more tame, this one is just such a handful.
