First some background information, My dog is a 1 year old, female, dutch shepherd who likes to play a lot and chew anything (this information will come in handy soon). She sleeps most of the day and she's been having this ear infection that keeps coming back, where she excessively scratches her ear, and then there's usually a stench from the ears because of it so we have to clean them every 2 days or so. Also, she isn't a vocal dog, but can bark whenever she wants to come back inside from the garden, or when she sees other dogs, other than that, nope.
Anyways, after my dog's morning walk yesterday, when she came back, she was crying, asking for attention, being clingy, and walking around in circles around the house. We assumed that she was just bored so all morning we gave her attention, treats, love in general, but whenever we'd leave her she'd come back whining. When it was day and she was still like this, we checked her over for any cuts, bruises, fractures, something for us to know what was wrong. Sadly she didn't squeal, so we didn't know what was still wrong. After an hour or so I noticed that she was warm, really warm. Her face, her paws, her belly, everything felt so warm. I decided to give her an icepack and just cool her down a bit. I pet her with it and she managed to get a bit less hot. She did and managed to get 1 hour of sleep, the only hour of sleep she had that day. After she woke up, she continued to squeal, whine, and walking around the house, but this time with one of her loudest squeaky toys. I tried to pet her with the ice pack again, but it didn't work. When my parents came back home (i'm still a teen so yeah), my dad decided to lay the dog right beside him, and per her simultaneously. Whenever he'd stop, she'd continue her routine. That evening I read into what could it be. My dad suggested that she might be constipated, have a heat stroke, or her ear was hurting again. Since she wasn't scratching her ear, i checked into the rest of the suggestions. Nothing. When I mostly researched about my dog, it said she might be nervous/anxious about something. I have no clue what. So please if anyone can help, please tell me what's with my dog.
