Thought kitten was litter trained but now going on the floor. Should I be concerned?

I've had my two kittens (11weeks old) for almost two weeks. They took to litter training fairly well. First couple of days there were a few accidents but they clearly knew what to do and after that the girl was always going in the litter tray. The boy refused but when I changed litter type he immediately started using it. The girl was fine with the new litter too. So after about 9 days I was happy they are litter trained and pleased it was relatively easy.

However the little girl has now pooed on the floor a few time now. The first two times she went next to the litter tray but she has just gone under the bed. She is incredibly fussy about the litter trays being clean, if I have missed a tiny clump or there is the tiniest mark on the liner she will refuse to go in there. I'm lucky that I'm working from home at the moment so can clean them as soon as they've been. I've read that if they change toilet habits I should take them to the vet in case something is wrong. But I'm not sure if this is a change in toilet habbits or she is just not fully litter trained yet and I was jumping the gun a bit. They both seem healthy, eating well and regularly playing and this is my only concern really. So I guess I'm looking for some advice about if this is a change in toilet habits, she was never really litter trained or is jusy an extra fussy kitten.
