(sorry it's probably the wrong sub but posting in r/rabbits doesn't work for whatever reason and r/bunnies is pet rabbits only)
A few days ago, I found a wild rabbit nest with ~5-7 babies in it. Today, my little brother's friends came over and he told them about the nest. His friends (being careless like most people are) picked up 2 of the babies and they escaped through the fence. Will the mother come back to the nest to feed the babies if some are missing, and if not what can I do to re-home them?
