I just purchased/received delivery on a pretty pricy leather couch/loveseat set and I have a cat. I didn't plan ahead well (haha). Does anyone have any advice in preventing the cat from clawing it? She doesn't claw furniture all the time but she did occasionally use my previous set as a scratching post. She is staying the weekend at my parents' house so I have a few days to figure out a solution before she comes home. Any advice is welcome. TIA!
note: I don't mind her being ON the couches, I just don't want her to use them as a scratching post. Thanks!
