Can we make it more common to not show sympathy for animal abusers?

Im kind of really disappointed right now. I saw a post that said that earlier today someone could not get their dog to a vet after it was attacked due to financial reasons and distance to any vet being “too far”. First I am sorry for your loss but I am more sorry for that poor dog who you guys clearly abused.

That whole post was not okay at all quite frankly it made me sick. You guys knew you lived too far from a vet, you knew you had no financial means to properly care for your pet, and you knew better than to leave your pet unsupervised outside.

If any of you out there feel like you don’t have the financial means to get a pet to a vet, give up the pet, vets are not that expensive especially when it comes to your pets health. You either can or cannot provide for your pet it’s not a iffy statement. At the end of the day though their blood is on your hands. Especially when someone else could have prevented it or had the money to help your pet.

There is a difference in having the means to take your pet to a vet to only finding out the care will be expensive and not having the means at all from the start.
