Four year old strictly indoor male cat sneezing many times a day, but has no symptoms and is acting totally normal. When should I be concerned?

For about 3 days now my sweet boy has been having a couple sneezing fits (he'll sneeze like 5-8 times in a row twice or three times a day) and I can't figure out why. Windows have been closed, no allergies, we haven't kicked up dust or anything. We have a two year old cat as well and she seems totally unphased, not sick or sneezing at all.

He doesn't have a runny nose or any discharge and is acting normal. He's playing, eating, drinking, poopin', playing, cuddling. He has no known sinus issues and our usual vet is very crowded, non-emergency appointments are pretty backlogged, so I'm a bit at a loss on how to proceed.

Any advice is appreciated.
