Hi, my cat is an indoor cat and she’s 10 years old. I’ve had her since she was 5 months old. I recently moved into a studio apartment in an old building in nyc. Although I’m on the 5th floor, I keep getting flies and gnats in. I’ve been feeding my cat primarily wet food (fancy feast or friskies) for almost 3 years now because she will either rarely eat dry or beg me for wet (grabbing me at all hours). Well when I leave out even a little bit of wet food lately it’s been drawing gnats in to her food so much that she won’t eat it because there will be like 5 or 6 in her food. Her wet food is making the apartment smell as well. I want to put her back on dry until I can fix this. What dry foods for my cat do you recommend?
TLDR; Need dry food recommendations for 10 year old indoor cat. She’s a picky eater and hates salmon and fish mostly. Likes tuna and chicken.
