I don’t know what to do, me my wife and toddler rescued a beautiful border collie. as a puppy she was great but at 3 years old she causes me so much anxiety she is very needy has terrible separation anxiety and no matter how much I walk and run and play it’s never enough. She races through the house knocks stuff over chases and jumps on our toddler and I haven’t been able to curve these behaviors. Before I had no issue but now we are expecting a second child and with an infant in the house I’m really worried she could hurt the baby with the constant jumping and playing too hard. We know a nice couple that want to take her in they have another border collie and no kids to worry about and I think on paper it would help us out but I feel so guilty. My son cried when he heard we might get rid of her and we’ve had her since basically birth but idk what to do.
