I’m taking my cats to the vet again tomorrow for roundworms. They had them at the beginning of June & I treated them with two separate rounds of medication. I dumped and cleaned their litter boxes after the treatment. They’re both indoor cats, but I live on the bottom floor. I haven’t found rodents & the only thing I can think of them getting it from is eating bugs. After a few months with no signs of worms, I found worms in their vomit today. I’m at a loss with how to prevent this in the future & wondering if anyone else has any insight? I don’t know how they could get them again since they don’t step foot outside & I’ve given them medication once already
Sorry if this sounds all over the place, I’m really worried about them & any advice is welcome
