Hello everyone,
I was hoping for some advice. I will be flying home for Christmas this year. It’s about a 4 hour flight. But from a massive and busy well known east coast airport.
I’ve recently adopted a kitten from a bad situation and I’d like to take her home with me. When I adopted her she was way too young to be taken from her mother, three weeks old, and starved almost to death. She’ll be about 5 1/2 months when I’m flying home. She’s grown a lot since I’ve had her and she’s the most intrepid wonderful lil thing. She’s brave but has fear in new situations. She’s also very attached to me.
I’ve never traveled with a pet before and I’d like to hear from people who have. Is it safe? Is it okay? Will it permanently traumatize her? Am I ridiculously selfish even thinking of flying with a kitten during the holidays?
