Any brand suggestions for an aging cat?

My cat is 10 years old (give or take a few months since we're unsure when she was born) and has gotten to the point where dry food isn't an option anymore; between missing a few teeth and having difficulty processing dry food, it's time to fully transition her to wet food. She enjoys fancy feast wet food, but due to her being a picky eater it ends up becoming a pain between portioning and keeping the flavors diverse enough that she'll eat.

Besides fancy feast, are there any suggestions any cat owners might have for an aging cat that's missing some teeth?
