I recently got the Lentek automatic smart(lol) feeder (with a camera) and it's been nothing but a hassle. I live in Canada so the app isn't even available here and the app that their website brings you too doesn't work with the feeder but I had the genius idea to download the apk file and that worked, got it all set up, did a few manual test feedings and thought I was golden.
Well for whatever reason the automatic feeder part of the, well automatic feeder, doesn't work and I was wondering if anyone had any experience with this device/trouble shooting tips.
I did check their FAQ and it was the least amount of helpful if it's not dispensing food it says you should add more food (even though the hopper is full).
