Bringing a Dog into the US

Hi, bros, I have a question, I'm an international college student currently living in Minnesota, would it cause me any problem if I bring a fully vaccinated dog (previously approved to enter into the US by the CDC) from a high-risk country to the US and leave it to my relatives who live in another state (e.g. Atlanta) to take care of it? I don't know if anyone has experience doing that. I won't be able to take care of it 24/7 but also I don't want to leave it alone as my grandma who was the former owner just passed away and it doesn't have anyone who can take care of it. My relatives from Atlanta are willing to take care of it, but I have to be the one to ask for permission to the CDC as I'm the owner of that dog in my country of origin as well as the only one who has recently moved to the US due to study reasons. Thanks a lot in advance for your answers.

Ps. I've already read the CDC guidelines, but it doesn't mention if it's allowed to bring a pet and leave it to do the confinement in a different place that is not my current address.

Ps.2 Please avoid suggesting to search another way to bring it, because I already looked for more options and due to my context, this is the only way. ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ˜ฅ
