Hi all! I have a cat who flew from China to Moscow and is now in Paris. She needs to get to UK, but I've been told that the EU pet passport can only be issued after 3 months of residence in France. The cat now has a Russian pet passport. Is there any solution or recommended companies, or advice? TIA!
