Is There Such A Thing As To Much Butt Scratches?

I know this sounds like a very silly question but Google no help and I don't wanna bother my vet with this cause he's super busy lol

Simply put my 12 YO cat and my 1 YO kitten adore having their bellies and butts scratch by the upper part of their tails. I've been starting to do this to them a few months ago and they can't get enough it makes them very happy. I also have a dalmatian mix 7 YO dog who turns into jelly when I scratch his butt lol

However I've become a very concerned pet owner as of late due to a rumor I've heard from work. I know I shouldn't believe everything I hear and usually I don't but since it involves my fuzzy babies I wanna make sure this isn't true or not.

So apparently scratching your dog or cats butts to much causes their anal bones to spread and causes them to limp at an old age. It also gives them pain when they use the bathroom cause butt scratches activates a pain of some sorts.

Once I heard this I did get alittle paranoid, maybe that's why my dogs legs sink and spread cause he's in pain? But they seem to enjoy it so much and they always tell me when their hurt. Sure they behave weirdly like my oldest cat likes to lick the nearest object and my kitten crawls along the ground like the Grudge or the girl from The Ring but they don't seem to be in pain.

TLTR: Rumor has it butt scratches causes bones to deform and anal regions to be puffy and painful Fact or Fiction?
