I woke up this morning to find my cat with only one eye open and the other closed. I rubbed it a little and she'll open it, but not fully. She doesn't seem to be in pain and is still running around playing with my other cats. Should I be concerned right away, and if not now, when should I? Is there anything I can do to help her? I tried googling things but all I'm finding is advice on kittens, whereas my cat is over a year old.
