My monk parakeet started plucking some chest feathers and got blood. He has been in my room all day and I have been hear all day. It just started to do it put of nowhere. He used to be in this room with other pets like a living room but moved him to my room after noticing that he didn’t have feathers on one of his legs. When I first got him a few years ago he had no feathers on his head so he has plucked feathers before but this is the first time I actually see him do it. What can I do to get him to stop?
