My room mate and I moved into our new place over the summer. For the first 2 months or so they got along well but all of a sudden he has turned and has started to meow at her aggressively, lunge at her, attack her ankles, bite and scratch at her. This is exclusive to her, he has been fine with everyone else coming to the apartment. Any ideas on why this may be happening and what we could do to fix it? It has gotten to the point that she can't do anything without him being a bully. We have tried distracting him with toys and ensuring she doesn't pet him too much (he has petting aggression) as per my vet's recommendation but it doesn't seem to be helping.
