Hello everyone, I am looking for good dry food recommendations, as I’m looking to switch my pets to a better product(s). My cat has stomach issues (ibs vs lymphoma) and she has been eating Hill’s SD sensitive stomach & skin, per vet recommendation, for a few years now. Her diet is mostly wet food, and she only gets a small bowl of her dry food at night so she can graze. She has done well on this food, but I still wanted to see if there wasn’t something better for her. She is older, 14yo, so would need a good senior food. My two dogs are currently on Purina. They used to eat Natural Balance, but my Pyrenees didn’t like it much so we switched her to Purina One. My GSD has some allergies that were affecting her skin, stomach, and anal glands so she was switched, per vet recommendation, to Purina ProPlan HA (salmon) which has significantly improved her condition. They have both been doing well on their food, but I know Purina has had issues with their food in the past, and I have recently heard some scary stories about dogs getting sick and even dying (suspected from the food). I have a few other food brands that I am researching, but would appreciate any other recommendations too!
