My cat has really bad arthritis, and the vet had us give her cosequine. This worked well for a few months, and she limped less noticeably and started climbing and jumping on everything much more. A couple weeks ago she decided she doesn’t want to eat them anymore, so now we’re giving her liquid medicine. She doesn’t growl or hiss, but it’s clear she doesn’t enjoy it, and she licks her fur and bed for 20 minutes afterwords trying to get the taste out. Is there something I can do to get her to eat the treats or not have such a bad time with the liquid?
