My neighbor is a “crazy” cat lady and has literally five cats and raccoons she feeds everyday. They are horrible pests and use the bathroom all over my yard. We live in the suburbs in an attached house- this is ridiculous! I love cats and have some of my own but these animals all have cat aids (she took some in to a shelter to be spayed/neutered then rereleased them) and are just pests. I’ve asked her nicely to stop feeding them but she refuses and got quite angry. 311 refuses to deal with this. I’m at my wits end. Is there a cat deterrent or something I can use to discourage these animals? There’s literally too many of them to bring to a shelter and frankly I don’t want to hear her when she sees me removing them- if I can even catch the feral things!
