Is cat hair dangerous for me?

First of all I don't have any allergies or anything like that.

So my cat really loves to sleep on my bed, she is there most of the time and I let her sleep in my room with me but my parents tell me that inhaling her hair can be dangerous for me and to let her out of my room but I don't have a heart to do that I just love her so damn much and I love having her around me. (I keep my door open btw in case if she wants to go out)

So can I let her stay or should I let her out?

This post may be all over the place and my English might be broken but that's because I'm writing this pretty late,
