My old girl

My family has a 13 year old Golden retriever. She has had arthritis in her back legs for years now and has had several cancers. Around this time last year, we thought we were going to lose her but she came around with some new medication. My family and I are going on a 3 week holiday next week and were planning on having my grandparents (76 and 80) to look after her. For probably around 7 months now she has had trouble getting up and we have had to pick her up. She can get up sometimes, but it is rare. We had hoped by getting rugs for the tiled areas of the house, she would be able to get up, but she still can't. Today when she went for a walk she had to be carried home and now cant put her back left leg down. We are considering making that tough decision, but don't know for sure what do do. Does anyone have any advice. She's completely healthy in the ways of kidneys and organs, which is why it's so hard to decide.
