So after posting asking whats the appeal of having a pet fish, I got some great comments and have bought my first tank set-up!I found a great 5 gallon that was half off as my local pet store, read a ton of info on the web, and am now planning on a shrimp tank! Thanks for all the advice and I'm super excited to get started on a really fascinating and hopefully rewarding hobby.
TL:DR - Posted about getting fish as pets. Got good response. Wanted to update I'm getting a tank for cool shrimp.
